I-Tree V6 Eco Issue with Crown Base Height
When attempting to import an excel spreadsheet for longleaf pine data our crown base height is marked as invalid with an error message "Crown Base Height must be less than or equal to (Crown Top Height)." Is this a bug or a formatting issue on my end?

Re: I-Tree V6 Eco Issue with Crown Base Height
Hi,
I am not aware of any bugs related to this error message. You should verify that each of your crown base heights are less than each of your tree heights on a per tree basis. That is what this error is indicating. You can not have a tree where the height to the base of the live crown is higher than the height of the tree. If you continue to have issues you can email us your project and the file you are trying to import. Screen shots of the error you are encountering will also be helpful. The i-Tree support email is info@itreetools.org.
Thanks,
Jason
