i-Tree Updater is Not Detected, Asks to Download Update Tool

i-Tree v3 users who have installed the i-Tree Update Tool Standalone Installer from i-Tree v2.x may receive the following message when checking for updates:
"The i-Tree Update Tool needs to be installed. Click OK to download and install."
To resolve the issue, please close all i-Tree Applications and do the following:
1. Uninstall "i-TreeUpdateTool" from Add/Remove Programs
2. Select "i-Tree" in Add/Remove Programs, click "Change," then "Repair."
