Crapemyrtle CO2 estimates in Planting v2.0.2
A user questioned high CO2 estimates for crapemyrtle tree (Lagerstroemia indica), for example estimates of 17.5k lbs of CO2 sequestered for crapemyrtle over 40years. This is due to an issue identified with the Forecast model which prevents the crapemyrtle from reaching it's max height at maturity setting in the underlying model. This results in the DBH growing larger than it should. Since DBH is the parameter that determines biomass, this value gets significantly higher than it should for this particular tree species. This fix requires a code change update to the forecsast model used in all of the i-Tree applications, which is tentaviely planned for summer of 2020.
