Error message in UFORE

Error message in UFORE

I am entering my data into the paper data entry form. When I click "save edits" I get a dialogue box that says "No Current Record."

Has anyone run into this problem? Do you know how to correct it?

The error message could have generated because not all necessary fields were filled-in. What fields did you fill in and what fields did you omit?
