Compatibility issues in Canada

hello.

I'm a volunteer working with The Communities in Bloom Project in Trail, BC, Canada.

I'm trying to plug in some information but I can't input a specific province in Canada. Actually, the only place with anything other than a country available is the United States.

I'm aware that it's a program developed originally for the United States however we would like very much to use it.

Does anyone have any info or a patch that can help us resolve this issue?
