Problem Conversion Mobile Access back to Desktop Access

I have a community in Massachusetts that didn't follow proper installation of MCTI and the PDA utility. This has resulted in 180+ trees being inventoried and now they can’t download the data back to MCTI. Doctor Dave says you would know how to fix this. I have a copy of the mobile Access file if you need to see it. Thanks

If the importing procedure outlined in section 3.1.4 of the i-Tree User's Manual has failed, please call us directly 1-877-574-8733 to discuss the details of your project and work out a solution.
