Post by dave_lofthouse » Wed Nov 21, 2012 9:57 am

Reached high numbers in a survey, then got map at 0 latitude, 0 longitude and cannot progress past that.

Previous entrys still accessible.

Please help!

when you click on previous entries, do you go to the location on the map?

if you then zoom out, do you see the red outline of the original shp file?

Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes Jonathan, If I go to a previous entry I'm taken to the correct point on the aerial view and if I zoom out, the shape file boundary is there.

Canopy survey limit issue

Post by azelaya » Mon Nov 26, 2012 9:04 am

We are currently investigating this issue. We were unable to replicate the problem in testing with the canopy project file. We were able to create and save new survey points. We are now looking at other potential causes and will post findings accordingly.
