Section 2.5.1 Benefit - Cost Analysis Report of the iTree Users Manual says: "Methods used to quantify and price these benefits are described in the published series of Tree Guides (available at http://www.fs.fed.us/psw/programs/cufr/), which correspond to the STRATUM Climate Regions." Following the link to the indicated webpage and clicking on another link to "STRATUM" leads to an error page. I'd like to find these Tree Guides that were mentioned, do you have a suggestion of how I may do that?

The Forest Service confirmed that the Tree Guides are available on line, at http://www.fs.fed.us/psw/programs/cufr/tree_guides.php
However, the database that populates the website is temporarily down so the Guides cannot be accessed. They should--we are told--be available in the next few days.
