i-Tree Landscape v3.5.1 has been experiencing inconsistent behavior and may be very slow or non-responsive. Our Developers are working on resolving issues which may be related to new data integration and /or specific location information causing these problems and crashes. For now, i-Tree Landscape operation may be inconsistent as these problems may take some time to identify and resolve due to the complexity of data that this tool uses. Sorry for any inconvenience and we will update this post when issues are resolved.
Landscape was updated with release 3.6 on 15Nov2018, this has resolved inconsistent behavior and improved performance issues previously reported. If still experiencing any issues, you can try a manual reset to clear your server-side Landscape session by entering the following url - https://landscape.itreetools.org/maps/reset/
