The weather station could not be verified

Post by Donatien » Thu Jul 12, 2018 8:37 am

Hello,

I am using iTree in the UK and I am struggling with the error message "The weather station could not be verified", which prevents me from running the model.

I'm using v6 and I tried many weather station in the Uk but none of them seem to work.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Many thanks,

Hi Donatien,
Usually when we see that error message it is because the i-Tree Eco software does not have access to the live weather data server. In order to allow for that access please make sure the i-Tree Eco has permission to both send and receive information over your network, and through any firewalls you may have. You can test that this is indeed the issue by trying to submit one of the sample projects included in Eco to see if that data will send over your network. If you continue to encounter this issue feel free to contact us at our technical support email address, info@itreetools.org.
Thanks,
Jason
