Eco mobile data sample project stem and bldg issue

A known issue was discovered in Eco v5.0.6 associated with the Eco mobile data collection system for Eco sample (plot-based) projects.
Existing plot data for tree diameters in the "Stems" mobile form and for energy effects in the "buildings" mobile form are not being populated properly when a user selects to send existing plot data back to a device for updating or for doing quality checks.
This will require an update to the desktop version and will be addressed in the next Eco update. Avoid sending sample plot data back to a device for updating until an update is issued.
