Here are a couple tips for troubleshooting Design if you are having problems generating results.
First, try replicating the problem with another web browser if possible such as Firefox, Chrome, Explore, etc. to see if the problem is consistent using different browsers.
If it is not consistent and occurring with one browser, try clearing the browser cache and re-launching. This can usually be completed from the browser Tools menu option and may reset the application or allow updates to be applied to the application and allow proper function.
