Smart phones and data collection

Where is the link to the website for data collection? I have downloaded i-Tree 5, which says this is a possibility.
in i-Tree Streets - see Tools > Work with Mobile
in Eco - see Tools > Mobile Utility
You will need to have a project created and configured for data collection to send to a device.
