Getting an error back when processing results

Hi all,

I am a professor and first time user, helping a student team under a due date... Uploaded inventory of street trees data to Eco, but get the error message - actually it just takes me to the user agreement after this has been submitted. Any help soon is most welcome. Is this related to "outage when processing results. We apologize for the inconvenience." If so, is there are work around?

At the bottom of the end user agreement there is an "OK" button to click. If you shrink that window down you can get to that button, click okay and the project will be submitted. This happens on my computer when I have the magnification turned up.
