Hello,
I have had a problem with i-tree eco that never occurred to me. I received the confirmation email of a project that I sent had been processed. The error comes when I try to download the reports in i-tree. It starts to loading the download but when it reaches 100% it waits for a few minutes and then the error message appears. It says that there is a connection error with the server. It tells me to check my internet connection and try again. I have always had an internet connection and I have been trying to solve this problem for two days. I have sent 2 emails to i tree support and no one responds to me. I need the program and be able to download the reports for the job. It is urgent. Thank you.
