Hi,

This error message could be a lot of factors, so to pin point why this is occuring we will need a few things from you. Please zipfile your project file, your database file that is housing your tree inventory and send it to info@itreetools.org.

We need a little more information from you if you could please. Are you using a PDA to collect your data in the field or are you using an existing inventory converted to an Access file?
