The model is designed to to accept the measurement from the trunk of the tree.

Yes, it is possible to input your own tree identifiers. When setting up the project turn on the User ID field during project configuration.

Those stress data fields are used in the pest detection module of i-Tree Eco. That module does not affect the benefits estimates but provides a mechanism for documenting potential signs of pest outbreaks.
