Re: Eco v6 crashed or stopped working
I went to the list of programs in control panel, clicked on Microsoft Access Database Engine and chose "modify", then "repair or reinstall". Afterwards I was able to start Eco. I have Windows 11.

Re: Exportation of Data
I tried to export the data we have (nearly 5,000 records) to Excel and received a message that the export couldn't complete. Then I tried to open the itree database with Access. Access did open the database, but all the street names have number IDs. And I can't figure out how to replace the numbers ...

Re: SD card
I saw the post about getting the SD card data to the computer. And I have transferred the file. But it is in XML format, which i-tree does not recognize. I apparently can not import it into i-tree. And if I just try to open it, I see all the coding. Also, I have Excel 2003, which does not seem to im...

Recording GPS coordinates
I have a Pharos 600e, which appears to be recording the GPS coordinates well. I am using i-tree Streets. I wonder how long you should wait to "accept" the GPS coordinates. We have tapped on "capture" and waited a minute. But I wonder if you can wait for half a minute? Or is there another guideline, ...

SD card
I have a Pharos 600 PDA with an SD card. When I try to back up to the SD card, I receive a message: What is the name of the storage card on your PDA? Below is a box with four options, including \SD card. No matter which option I choose, the back up fails and a new box asks: Is the memory and name co...
