Having looked into this, and know someone who has been threatened with legal action from BlueSky for using derived data - I would suggest that anyone in the UK does not use iTreeCanopy to calculate percentage coverage as the derived data can then not be used in any publications. when you click on previous entries, do you go to the location on the map?

if you then zoom out, do you see the red outline of the original shp file?

Has anyone else had this issue?

sorry - to clarify - I'm not in the US, I'm in the UK.

is your licence with google such that UK users can create data against google maps/aerial photography, and then use that derived data elsewhere?
