I also can't get past the following error and can't run i-Tree.
OLEDB 14.0.7010.1000 is required to run i-Tree Eco.

Watersheds (HUC12) won't process
I have been trying to process 6 HUC12 watersheds. It eventually times out. I have tried with as few as one and still Landscape won't process it.
It is the Blue River Watershed within the Kansas City metro area. The HUC12s of interest are:
