The issue yobunker encountered was caused by the top few lines of their DEM file. The DEM file must be edited by hand to match the following: [(Arbitrary) DEM name] ncols 1052 nrows 1033 cellsize 1 NODATA_value -9999 -9999 -9999 etc... The xllcorner and yllcorner lines must be removed and a name for...

Hi yobunker, can you please pack your project and send the zip file to info@itreetools.org? I'll take a look and see if I can find the issue.

Re: Loading data from SD card .XML format?
I am trying to import data from a SD card file. The data was backed up on the PDA and saved to the SD card. Now I am trying to import this data into an existing iTree database, and having trouble. The file from the SD card is in XML format for some reason - when trying to import all of this from my...

Re: GPS prot dose not recognized
Hi, My PDA communicates GPS form port com:4, which is not listed in settings of I-tree, How can I solve this? In the GPS control panel of the PDA, select COM4 as the hardware port and use another COM port as the program port. Check the box "Let Windows handle my GPS devices," re-launch St...

GPS Incompatibility List for Streets PDA
I just want to point out that we have had issues with Pharos M619 GPS in general. These units stop updating GPS coordinates for no apparent reason in all of the applications that we have tested on them. These are not recommended for use with Streets PDA if recording GPS data.

Re: SD card
Are you using Streets or Eco PDA? In either case, you can close the program and copy eco.xml to the SD card with file explorer. This issue should be corrected when we release the next update.

Re: Updating PDA utility
Having updated the Eco suite mid-project, Eco is now telling me that the PDA application is out of date. Will updating it cause me to lose data and wipe the configuration from the PDA or should I just go ahead and update it and download the data stored on the PDA (which only amounts to 4 plots from...

Thank you so much for helping us on Wednesday. The Juno unit and i-Tree are acting like best friends. Will you have a new walkthrough so we can pass this information on to other Trimble Juno users? Again, thank you for your help! :D Not a problem. The walkthrough I've already posted worked fine aft...

Re: Stteing Com Port To Program Port
I do not have (or cannot find) the option of using the program port in the GPS setting in the I-Tree program or the Juno settings. I only show two comports in I-Tree: Comport 4 and 7. Under System Settings on the Juno, I show an icon for External GPS and that is the only GPS settings I have found. ...
