Data Validation Error When Exporting
Hello, I am having trouble sending my completed tree inventory data to be processed. When I go to 'submit data for processing,' I agree to the EULA, but then a notification comes up that says, 'specified cast is not valid.' It does then allow me to fill in my email and contact information, and when ...

Re: iTree Export Options
Great! That's fantastic!
Just one more question, I was able to download the reports as an excel file. But how do I keep my own TreeIDs (or GPS coordinates) when I download those files? They automatically just kept iTree's given TreeIDs, which are of no use to me.

Re: iTree Export Options
Am I able to get the data that iTree sends back as a CSV file?
I would ideally like the carbon/environmental benefits of each individual tree in a CSV format.
Thank you for your responses,
Charlotte

iTree Export Options
Hello, The tree charity that I work for would like to use the data that iTree provides on our trees to create a map. I was wondering 1) if there is a way to get our returned data back as an excel spreadsheet, a CSV file or even word table, with the individual environmental and economic of each tree....

Significance of Crown Measurements
Hello, I am currently inputting an existing tree inventory into the iTree software, and am debating about adding the information for the crown. I was just wondering, will be data be significantly different if I only use DBH, height and species, versus using DBH, height, species, and the crown measur...

Re: Trouble Uploading Data for Report
Hi Jason, Thank you very much for your help. My data fits all of those requirements on the excel spreadsheet. Then, when I look at the trees the Data Validation Errors have flagged, and then go to the trees in the data set, they're not highlighted as having a problem there - and fit the requirements...

Trouble Uploading Data for Report
Hello, I've been able to upload all of my data into iTree successfully. Now I am having a problem with submitting it to receive a report. In the overview it gives before submitting the report, it says that all of my base to crown height data is wrong. Are there certain values these numbers have to b...

Trouble with Crown: % Missing
Hello, I am uploading our existing tree inventory data to iTree, and having troubling inputting the 'Crown: % missing value.' I've tried entering numbers in: 1-5%, 1-5, 1, 1%, 0.01, 0.01-0.05, 0.01% - and none have worked. What does the number need to look like in the excel spreadsheet for iTree to ...
