How do you import an updated species zone into the STRATUM/MCTI Tree Inventory PDA Utility? We are missing the Northeast, and there does not seem to be an import button to grab the latest STRATUM Species MDB.

Our GIS person is having problems, he registered the DLL required to create the random points needed for UFORE. The dialog box came up, and generated 200 points. However in the dialog box, there was no option to create the reports mentioned in the documentation. Are we missing something.
